Welcome to BrightNest Property Care. By requesting services, submitting a quote request, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

BrightNest Property Care provides residential and property care services including, but not limited to, cleaning services, move-in/move-out services, junk removal, handyman services, landscaping, and general property maintenance.

All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking or quoting.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if:

  • The scope of work changes

  • The condition of the property differs from what was described

  • Additional services are requested on site

Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or booking. We may accept electronic payments, cash, or other approved payment methods. Failure to submit payment may result in delayed services or refusal of future services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. BrightNest Property Care is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

Property Condition & Damages

We take reasonable care while providing services. BrightNest Property Care is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage Normal wear and tear Damage caused by unstable, improperly installed, or defective items Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Hazardous & Prohibited Materials

Brightnest Property Care reserves the right to refuse removal, handling, or transportation of any materials that are hazardous, unsafe, or restricted under local, state, or federal regulations.

 

Hazardous materials may include, but are not limited to: chemicals, solvents, paints, fuels, automotive fluids, batteries, propane tanks, pressurized containers, medical or biohazard waste, asbestos-containing materials, lead-based materials, contaminated insulation, explosives, ammunition, firearms, and unknown substances.

 

Customers are responsible for disclosing the presence of any hazardous or restricted materials prior to service. Failure to disclose such items may result in service refusal, job cancellation, additional fees, or rescheduling.

 

Certain items may require specialized handling, disposal, or referral to a licensed third-party provider and may not be eligible for standard junk removal services.

Right to Refuse Service

BrightNest Property Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including, but not limited to:Unsafe working conditionsAggressive or inappropriate behaviorHazardous environmentsNon-payment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightNest Property Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
